Lauren Chapman will direct, film, and edit the music video. As the creator of the project, she will oversee all aspects of production. Lauren is experienced with media production and confident she can juggle multiple roles. Alex Hallam and Thomas Grace were chosen to play brothers due to their similar appearance and longstanding friendship. This creates chemistry on screen. Reece Griffiths was selected as the lead singer due to his indie style and ability to collaborate on ideas. Sharon Bostock plays the mother role due to her outgoing personality and familiarity. Ewelina Stefan plays the girlfriend to match the on-screen chemistry with her real-life partner, one of the brothers.

2. Director – Lauren Chapman
As it is my work that I m creating I will be overviewing everything that
happens, so I will be directing as well as filming and editing too.
I think I will be good as juggling all three jobs as I am very good at multi-
tasking and I am very outspoken so I will be able to get my ideas out to
everyone involved. I will also have a little bit of help from my partner who I
planned the video with. For the actually filming part I fell I will be good and
confident at this as I have been doing media since year 10 so now in year 13 I
have had a lot of experience as well as the practise camera shots we filmed in
the summer.

3. Actor/performer – Alex Hallam
As Alex was both an actor as one of the brother he was chosen because the
plan included 2 brothers at a similar age I wanted the 2 brothers to look
similar . Finding these two to do the brother part was very easy as we have
all known each other since the start of school and these were the first
people that came to mind when I thought of brothers. Alex also looks a lot
older than his age which fitted with the music videos as he looks like his in
his mid twenties. He also has a very bubbly personality which helped as he
did every scene perfectly as well as making it fun us all along the way.

As Thomas was both an actor as well as Alex too. He was of the brother and
was chosen because the plan included 2 brothers at a similar age I wanted
the 2 brothers to look similar . Finding these two to do the brother part was
very easy as we have all known each other since the start of school and
these were the first people that came to mind when I thought of brothers.
As the 2 boys are friends they got a long so well which created a good
chemistry on screen too. Tom is very outgoing but quite as well so he got
on with everything and tried his best to make it good for us.

5. Performer – Reece Griffiths
As Reece is be the lead singer and the star image of the band I wanted to make sure
that I had the perfect person as he will be the main person in my music video. I
choose Reece as he has a very indie look and style anyway in the way he looks and
dress’s which I think is the main thing that audiences will notice in my video. He also
has a good relationship with the other boys so when they perform in the studio they
had a good chemistry between them which helped with the filming. Recce also has
a outgoing personality and is very confident so he also came out with other ideas
along side ours which was good too as he came up with idea naturally what I didn’t
think of.

6. Actors – Sharon Bostock – Ewelina Stefan
• For the mother figure I used a close family friend not only because It was easy and
convenient to film but also because she is out going, funny and got on with the
filming right away which helped massively. Due to her outgoing and loud
personality she was confident enough to do the small piece perfect every time. I
also used Sharon as the mother figure as she is a mother to 2 children already and
as she is in her middle adulthood years she matched the age of the mother I had In
my mind perfectly.
• For the girlfriend I used ewelina as she I actually in a relationship with one of the
brothers away this means they had good on screen chemistry whilst filming the
short piece together and whilst being confident and very girly it was exactly the
look I was wanting from the girlfriend. She also fitted the right age range for the
girlfriend for what I had in mind.
