This study surveyed chief academic officers at 94 colleges and universities in the New York metropolitan area about their online and blended learning offerings. 47% responded. Respondents represented a mix of public, private, community colleges and for-profits. Most offered some online or blended courses due to demand from students for flexibility and accessibility. While online options are growing, some resistance remains from those concerned with students' campus experiences. Changes are generally incremental with increased support, not major new investments or programming. One college significantly increased its online component across all courses.

i. Student engagement and performance are some of the leading problems that affect educators and institutional leaders. Numerous studies indicate that students should develop a sense of belonging for them to participate and improve their performance in school. However, there is still a dearth in knowledge on how transformational leadership can be leveraged to enhance student engagement and performance.
II. Many studies on student engagement only regard it as an indicator of academic attainment. These concepts are often premised on the idea that students who are disengaged or disaffected perform poorly. Nonetheless, low achievements can also cause students to withdraw from school.
III. There are many conditions that have been proposed as prerequisites for improved academic achievement. These often range from provision of learning resources to development of conducive learning climate.

There are quality learning theories and pedagogies that attract and retain online adult learners using case-based learning as the course design. Proven practices for undergraduate and graduate level business management studies are identified along with the challenges that are presented by the online environment. Recommendations are made for instructional design and approaches to successfully engage adult learners in a relevant manner for real-life application of business management concepts and learned skills. When Harvard Business School initially formed, it was determined that text books were not sufficient for instruction at a more advanced level in the graduate school. The problem was resolved by having faculty interview corporate professionals and record the cases they presented (Copeland, 1954). As the practice developed, various learning objectives were identified which led to the Harvard Business Review series being developed and used as a supplement to text books. Other institutions that publish cases include the Richard Ivey school of Business, the Darden School at the University of Virginia, INSEAD, and the European Case Clearing House.
A program-level case study was conducted as a review of case-based learning practices for an online MBA program by Lee, Lee, Liu, Bonk, and Magjuka (2009). These authors believe that the field of business requires multifaceted practices for real-world problems as much, or more than, any other field. A business school expects that application skills and knowledge available to students will be comparable to the skills and knowledge possessed by business professionals. Therefore, creating learning experiences where knowledge can be acquired, organized, and applied is critical. Case-based learning facilitates learning and real-world applicability, a primary concern in the field of business education.Background
Case study analysis is a methodology that has been supported by theorists for more than 100 years. Vygotsky and Dewey were the founding fathers of “learning by doing,” which became the foundation of problem-based learning (PBL) and constructivism. Case analysis is used in the social and human sciences for study and research. Case study analysis was popularized in business schools by Harvard and is an effective way to learn strategic management and business assessment (Copeland, 1954). The foundation theories and the dynamics of learning facilitation for the adult learner need to be examined to better understand successful instruction of case study analysis.

An Adaptive Teaching Model For Flipped Classroom
Individual differences are important for the learning environments so that it can be said that learning environments that are designed by using adaptation techniques are effective in improving the performance level of students. In this study a flipped classroom model was developed for elementary school students by using adaptivetechniques in English lectures. In this way advantageous and strong aspects of adaptive and flipped learning complete each other. In the research, two different flipped learning environments were developed. The flipped learning environment was designed without adaptations and with adaptations. The students worked for a period of ten weeks in the designed environments. The aim of the study is to show the benefits of adaptive technologies for flipped learning environments. In total 60 students from Libya were selected randomly then placed in adaptive flipped learning and Flipped learning environments. T-test was used in the substance analysis performed for knowledge test. Based on the findings obtained from the success rates of the students displayed on tests, administered as a pre and post test, it was demonstrated that adaptability of the flipped learning environment and levels of the adaptability have a positive effect on the academic achievement rates of the English lecture students.

This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
