TRANSFARMAR RECTIFIER CIRCUIT SECTION
Block Diagram description :

POWER SUPPLY:
 The step down transformer converted 230v ac to 12v dc
 The bridge rectifier is converted in to pulsating dc
 The filter is converted into pure dc
 The regulator constant dc voltage be maintained
MAX232
We entered a command is “on”.The
microcontroller can’t understand the
language.so the RS 232 is converted
voltage levels to logic levels i.e 0&1
MICROCONTROLLER
1.In this project work the micro-controller is playing
a major role.
 2.Micro-controllers were originally used as
components in complicated process-control
systems.
3.However, because of their small size and low
price, Micro-controllers are now also being used in
regulators for individual control loops.
4.In several areas Micro-controllers are now
outperforming their analog counterparts and are
cheaper as well.
Relay is an electrically operated switch.
Current flowing through the coil of the relay creates a
magnetic field which attracts a lever and changes the
switch contacts.
The coil current can be on or off so relays have two
switch positions and they are double throw
(changeover) switches.
LIGHTING SYSTEM
The colour of an LED is determined by the
semiconductor material, not by the colouring of the
'package.
In the above project discussed as far, we are not sure
about actually the idea regarding the project because ,
till now we had discussed about the different
components used in the project and their specifications,
characteristics etc. but now we come across the flow of
data or the sequence of the connections regarding
these components with the microcontroller.
PC control has become an indispensable item of every day’s life.
Starting from routines like gate openers, window shutters through
metering and PC fire alarms to automotive applications like remote
keyless entry and tire pressure monitoring systems.
Wireless control devices have established themselves as a cost-
efficient and robust solution for a broad range of control applications.
In this project we are controlling various devices i.e. various street
lights through PC just by typing the commands in communication
terminal, in which PC is interfaced with the microcontroller serially.
According to commands given by PC the controller makes the
devices ON or OFF.
APPLICATIONS:
1.POWER SAVING
2.MAN POWER SAVING
3.TIME SAVING
4.MAINTANANCE IS SIMPLE
