Background. Rotavirus is a gastrointestinal illness characterized by vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach ache
and a fever. Children less than three years old are particularly at risk of dehydration from the sudden
vomiting and diarrhoea, which can require hospitalisation. A vaccine against rotavirus was
recommended globally by WHO in 2009, and it has recently been approved into the New Zealand
immunisation schedule. As yet there are no studies following the effectiveness of this vaccine since its
introduction using New Zealand study subjects specifically.
Methods. In this matched case control study, cases are infants between eight weeks and three years of
age who will be seen in a participating ED with rotavirus, confirmed with a positive rotavirus antigen
test, between November 2014 and November 2016 in New Zealand. For every case we will enrol 1 or
2 controls who are seen in the same ED without rotavirus and they will be matched for date of birth
(within two weeks) and date of visit to ED (within two weeks). Vaccine effectiveness will be
calculated by 1 minus the matched odds ratio, multiplied by 100 for the percentage. Aims

Occupational Therapy And Eating Disorder Recovery
I struggled to find an occupational therapist to interview for this assignment. Without knowing the big
movers in the field of occupational therapy and eating disorder recovery, I felt I was grasping at
nothing. I did actively pursue many authors of papers that focused on OT and ED but received no
response. This was regardless of my mode of communication, zero phone calls back and emails
unresponsive. I decided to change my approach to this and stepped outside of the field of OT. This is
when I found a professional willing to speak with me.
I interviewed Miranda Phelps from Waterville, Maine. Phelps is a clinical psychologist who has been
practicing since 1998. I found the contact information for Phelps through the eating disorder treatment
team directory from the Eating Disorders Association of Maine. We sat down for the interview on
March 2nd at her Waterville office. I chose to pursue this interview with Phelps because I perceived
her to be client centered and she mentioned using various approaches that I am interested in
implementing when I m working with clients that would like to utilize them. These approaches
included reflective listening, narrative therapy and mind body perspectives. Upon arrival I learned that
though Dr. Phelps is on the ED treatment team for the Waterville area, she has not had much

the section they are best suited to. Foyle Food Group has more of a hierarchical structure. The
hierarchical structure evident in Foyle Food Group clearly defines employee s role within the
organisation and defines the nature of their relationship with other employees. It is a tall organisation
with narrow spans of control, which gets wider as you move down the structure. The most important
decisions in Foyle Food Group are taken by senior management. The hierarchical structure in the
organisation ensures that everyone has a clearly defined set of duties and managers and the

which is approximately $ 921 million. Counterfeit pharmaceuticals continue to represent up to 40% of
the total pharmaceutical market in Colombia and police and customs agencies have spent billions of
COP trying to resolve this problem. clearly the trade of counterfeit pharmaceuticals is rapidly
increasing, but is the cause the lack of legislation or is it the enforcement.
