2014/February.
Docklands waste recycling and Regional waste Recycling.
Transport Manager.
• Improving London based construction vehicles O License.
Historically the company had been on RED due to the VOSA OCRS score. Started
employment March 2014 . Company already due to go up before the Traffic
Commissioner in May 2014. License revoked for 10 vehicles from 25.
I implemented many changes including , fleet checks , changing the frequency of
the vehicles, change some suppliers due to their poor MOT Pass rate( effecting the
OCRS Score, third party maintenance checks ex VOSA 30 Year experience, tire
fleet checks, new system implemented to monitor drivers infringements, gate
checks and brought a new team member on board with workshop management
experience in similar type of work. And Quarterly Transport Audits. Went up before
TC in August and due to the improvements got license back to 25 vehicle.
• Monitoring OCRS score. Improvements shown. Gone from Red to Amber .Green
end of 2016.
• Regional waste recycling. Currently on Green.(OCRS)

system within the operations department to check drivers hours and insure the

implementation of 3 x Quote system for Purchasing.
Sourcing and agreed company for new CCTV equipment and company vehicles,
assisted with the design and text for the company web site, put together company

and auditing systems. Working with management budgets. Overall responsibility for
160 employees.

FMCG manufacturer dealing with vehicle exhausts, catalytic convertors and shock
absorbers. Distribution for the South of England, data entry of orders using AS4000
in order to be able to print picking lists for warehouse staff and distribution for the
loading of 40 plus vehicles. And the replenishing of stock.Ensuring the vehicles had
correct products via a night picking team. Carrying out Quarterly stock takes.
Responsible for all aspects of 40 employees. Including Health and safety, wages,
Holidays, HR and Company KPIs.

• Movedfrom Enfield to Hemel Hempstead/New depot from 1991 depot up with
