Hired to assist startup operation for Veterans Administration mail order pharmacy shipment processing
and tracking. Assisted with the implementation of facility setup, processing guidelines and training as well
as establishing accounts for utilities and vending contracts.
Assisted with initial set up of facility and equipment along with training and evaluation of temporary
workforce in accordance with established SOP’s.

MED FUSION CLINICAL LABORATORY
Supply Chain Manager, Lewisville, TX 2010 – 2014
Hired by startup company to assist with Logistics and Supply Chain, with responsibility for developing
operating processes and procedures from concept to implementation. Wrote initial courier SOP’s in
conjunction with implementation of courier barcode tracking system used to track specimens by item and
environment. Established best practices in the warehouse operations and reduced on hand inventory to
meet actual usage. Coordinated the implementation of a new warehouse management system and review
of barcode scanning options.
2. Responsible for over $1M in laboratory and client supply consumable inventory stocked in 11 lab
departments and with offsite vendor.
