I. Executive
Summary
- Planning business for a living requires lot of
hardwork and determination. There are many businesses
we can choose but building a bakeshop is the one that we
had made up. Mrs. R's is a bakery located at Yogad St.
Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. It was established on April 15, 2019.
Our bakeshop offers such high quality products such as
breads, muffins, cakes, cupcakes and other pastries. One
day before the opening, we give “free taste” of our product
to show to the people that our products are indeed
impressive. All our products are prepared fresh everyday
with locally grown ingredients.

 We don't have any ideal customers.
 The bakery is located at Yogad St.
 We serve delicious breads and pastries with a twist.
 To show the skills and passion of our staff
 We have our partners/investors who helped to built
this bakery.
Our vision is to establish a reputable name in
bakeshop industry to be known to every Filipino
and to have a good company profile which
means to also have proper understanding and
subordinating among the staffs, and have a good
customer relation that will eventually lead to the
success of the company.
Our mission is to create the best quality baked
goods, create an atmosphere where we can
attract, retain and motivate the brightest and
most talented bakers. Employees can learn, grow
and innovate while holding true traditional
baking. To provide our customers with a modern
twist to satisfy the taste of the future generations.
What is business? How can we describe it? What are the
factors that affect the business?
- In creating a business, we should have that thing called “PASSION” in all
aspects. “PASSION” – is one way to attain our goal in our company.

what keep you getting up each morning even when all your effort

customers and suppliers. Always bear this in mind -

II. Company
Summary
This business of ours, “Mrs. R's bakeshop," is a type of
business in which we serve delicious and extraordinary breads and
pastries. In addition to that, one of the reasons why we built this
business is to show and share to others our skills and passion in
baking.
The making of this business is not that easy because we,
together with our partners, had lots of troubles coming up with this
kind of idea because we all have to consider everything that is all
about our business- all the things that may affect our business, but with
the help of our wise minds, we've come up with this brilliant idea.
In this business, everyone can be our customers,
and as for those who are not within the city/province
from where we are from, we can deliver it to you so you
can try our best-tasting products.
So, if there is someone you know (or even you)
who wants to try extraordinary baked goodies, just come

III. Products
- Mrs. R’s Bakeshop is one of the famous
bakeshops here in Nueva Vizcaya, not only because of
its beautiful ambiance but because of the products as
well. We always make sure that we will satisfy our
customers. There are lots of bread and pastries that
you can choose that will satisfy your cravings. All the
products are made from healthy and nutritious
ingredients.
Black & White Chocolate Cake
- Our first special
product is the “Black & White
Chocolate Cake – it is
combined with rice cheese
cake, and cream cheese icing
on top of the delicious crust.
Potato Chip Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies
- The second special product of
ours is the Potato Chip Bacon Chocolate
Chip Cookies or PCBCCC. This cookie is
created with a sweet and salty palate in
mind. Most Filipinos love this
combination, it is sure to please the people
specially the crunch you crave.
Triple Mocha Frappuccino
- The third special product of ours is the “Triple
Mocha Frappucino.” It is somewhat similar to the
original but it’s entirely a different story. Upon
your first sip, you'll taste cold mocha and bursts of
coffee, along with an icy aftertaste of Sweet Cold
Brew Whipped Cream. If you're up on coffee
trends. However, the Triple Mocha Frappuccino is
somehow ten times more tasty, and the texture is
even better than before. If you haven't had it, then
you need to change that as soon as possible.
Pinky Piggy Cupcake
- 2019 is year of the pig.
Because of it, we made a cupcake
which is seasonal. The cupcake is
made up of vanilla and chocolate
sponge layers.Finished with pink
buttercream and fondant.
Coffee Jelly
- And last but not the least, another
special product of ours is this trendy
coffee jelly. It is made up with creamy
and milky coffee paired with a tasty and
soft jelly. It’s perfect for our season today
since it’s getting hot and the summer is
about to enter. It’s a perfect drink for
extreme coffee lovers.

Analysis Summary
The ideal customers for Mrs. R's Bakeshop is willing to
take a little extra time and spend extra money to eat healthy,
naturally grown food in the morning. He or she knows the
difference between store bought or street vendor baked goods,
and those that do. The customer knows that organic food taste
as good as/better than conventionally grown good and believes
that there does not need to be any difference between eating
what is good for the environment and eating what is healthy.
This ideal customer would look for healthy baked products that
we offer in Mrs. R's Bakeshop.

There's no way to succeed unless you've examined your competition. It might
be helpful to try analyzing your position in the market by using our STRENGTH - We
can prove to them that we have a good location, an eye-appealing charisma, high
quality products, good services and affordable products. We are proud to present our
special products to our customers like Potato Chip Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies,
Triple Mocha Frappuccino, Black & White Chocolate Cake, Pinky Piggy Cupcake and
Coffee Jelly - the best sellers to us. And we have a cleanl and decent shop that can
attract valuable customers.
Our WEAKNESS is not having enough time for our business and ourselves,
and we don't have enough workers to help us to give needs to the customers.
Competitors can also offer the same product of ours. One of the goals that we want to
reach is to known not only here in Nueva Vizcaya but also to other places. Bigger
bakeshop, bigger opportunities. Customers can visit our shop. And lastly, the THREAT
is financial problems because this can make our bakeshop bankrupt.

  • 4. - Planning business for a living requires lot of hardwork and determination. There are many businesses we can choose but building a bakeshop is the one that we had made up. Mrs. R's is a bakery located at Yogad St. Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. It was established on April 15, 2019. Our bakeshop offers such high quality products such as breads, muffins, cakes, cupcakes and other pastries. One day before the opening, we give “free taste” of our product to show to the people that our products are indeed impressive. All our products are prepared fresh everyday with locally grown ingredients.
  • 5. MRS. R'S BAKESHOP  We don't have any ideal customers.  The bakery is located at Yogad St.  We serve delicious breads and pastries with a twist.  To show the skills and passion of our staff  We have our partners/investors who helped to built this bakery.

Our vision is to establish a reputable name in bakeshop industry to be known to every Filipino and to have a good company profile which means to also have proper understanding and subordinating among the staffs, and have a good customer relation that will eventually lead to the success of the company.
  • 7. Our mission is to create the best quality baked goods, create an atmosphere where we can attract, retain and motivate the brightest and most talented bakers. Employees can learn, grow and innovate while holding true traditional baking. To provide our customers with a modern twist to satisfy the taste of the future generations.

What are the factors that affect the business? - In creating a business, we should have that thing called “PASSION” in all aspects. “PASSION” – is one way to attain our goal in our company. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- P is for “Purpose” - Your whole reason for being in business can be considered as your purpose. Whatever it is your purpose, it’s what keep you getting up each morning even when all your effort seems to produce no results as of the moment.

The making of this business is not that easy because we, together with our partners, had lots of troubles coming up with this kind of idea because we all have to consider everything that is all about our business- all the things that may affect our business, but with the help of our wise minds, we've come up with this brilliant idea.

  • 19. - Mrs. R’s Bakeshop is one of the famous bakeshops here in Nueva Vizcaya, not only because of its beautiful ambiance but because of the products as well. We always make sure that we will satisfy our customers. There are lots of bread and pastries that you can choose that will satisfy your cravings. All the products are made from healthy and nutritious ingredients.
  • 20. Black & White Chocolate Cake - Our first special product is the “Black & White Chocolate Cake – it is combined with rice cheese cake, and cream cheese icing on top of the delicious crust.

This cookie is created with a sweet and salty palate in mind. Most Filipinos love this combination, it is sure to please the people specially the crunch you crave.
  • 22. Triple Mocha Frappuccino - The third special product of ours is the “Triple Mocha Frappucino.” It is somewhat similar to the original but it’s entirely a different story. Upon your first sip, you'll taste cold mocha and bursts of coffee, along with an icy aftertaste of Sweet Cold Brew Whipped Cream. If you're up on coffee trends. However, the Triple Mocha Frappuccino is somehow ten times more tasty, and the texture is even better than before. If you haven't had it, then you need to change that as soon as possible.

He or she knows the difference between store bought or street vendor baked goods, and those that do. The customer knows that organic food taste as good as/better than conventionally grown good and believes that there does not need to be any difference between eating what is good for the environment and eating what is healthy. This ideal customer would look for healthy baked products that we offer in Mrs. R's Bakeshop.

It might be helpful to try analyzing your position in the market by using our STRENGTH - We can prove to them that we have a good location, an eye-appealing charisma, high quality products, good services and affordable products. We are proud to present our special products to our customers like Potato Chip Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies, Triple Mocha Frappuccino, Black & White Chocolate Cake, Pinky Piggy Cupcake and Coffee Jelly - the best sellers to us. And we have a cleanl and decent shop that can attract valuable customers. Our WEAKNESS is not having enough time for our business and ourselves, and we don't have enough workers to help us to give needs to the customers. Competitors can also offer the same product of ours. One of the goals that we want to reach is to known not only here in Nueva Vizcaya but also to other places. Bigger bakeshop, bigger opportunities. Customers can visit our shop. And lastly, the THREAT is financial problems because this can make our bakeshop bankrupt.
