the initial capital of project which was designed for slow

determine the return of the investment within the medium

The means that will be used are the social networks because they are means that our
target market uses to be informed in addition, it represents a minimum cost compared to
the number of people that the information arrives.

CHOCOLATE BENEFITS:
Its antioxidant components provide many benefits such as:
 Reduces blood pressure, regulates hypertension.
 Improves circulation, protection against different diseases.
 It decreases the risks of heart attack.
 Antioxidants are defenses against free radicals that cause
cancer.
 Stearic acid found in cocoa butter reduces LDL cholesterol
levels.
 Chocolate has Theobroma cacao, which produces a feeling
of well-being as it increases serotonin levels.

PRODUCT STYLES
Below is a brief description of the basic characteristics of the
products to be offered to our customers, in order to clearly specify
the type of chocolates we are going to offer to the customers of our
chocolatiers.
TYPES OF CHOCOLATE:
CHOCOLATE BLACK Chocolate with a minimum of 60% cocoa,
for presentation in semi-margarine with 80% pure cocoa, without
additives.
MILK CHOCOLATE Chocolate with lower cocoa content and
shorter cocoa butter, has 55% pure cocoa mixed with dairy.

DESIGNS AND FORMS
Each of our chocolates will be made with molds of various designs
and shapes, with the aim of covering each of the customer's
expectations.
SPECIAL EDITIONS
It is worth remembering that for the special dates that are given
throughout the year, there will be exclusive seasonal products, with
the aim of offering customers new options of flavors and ways to
enjoy something unique at an ideal time. This type of products will
be given for dates such as Day love, Mother's Day, Father's Day,
Christmas, among others.

PRODUCT PACKAGING
The chocolate K 'ab will first be wrapped in tin paper and then
packaged in different presentations of decorated chalk boxes
depending on the occasion and the quantity of chocolates (6 and 12
units).
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Customer satisfaction is very important for us, so we guarantee the
highest quality in the selection of the inputs in the elaboration of each
of the chocolates, as well as in the process of elaboration.

Policies are rules that are established to direct functions and ensure that they
perform in accordance with the desired objectives. Each of these policies is under
the pillars of Quality, Flexibility and Variety, according to the objectives of our
company.
PRICE
Our prices will be according to each of our assorted packages, according to the
client's selection, which will contain a variety of chocolates.
PAYMENT MECHANISMS
There are several means of payment at present, so we will operate as a normal
establishment, although initially the traditional payment directly in the premises
will be in cash, because we are a new company we can´t count on the option of
payment with cards (debit and credit) because it requires a high volume in order
to access this mechanism.

Our K'ab chocolate factory will have a local as a main point of direct sales, located in a
sector of high commercial congruence, allowing to attract a greater number of consumers.
As for the opening hours will offer your service from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to
7:00 pm, Sundays and Holidays from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. This schedule applies for both
the premises and homes.
DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS
The distribution channels of K'ab chocolate will generally be directly from the producer to
the consumers. Therefore, initially the distribution channels will be of direct sale in the
point of the local, and by the social networks of the chocolatier, where the respective order
can be made.
COVERAGE
The coverage area for domiciles is in of Guatemala City and its different areas. Initially,
the housing coverage will be only for the capital city.
