5. Sweet’s all you can is managing by Arnold Ladines,
Charish Reyes, Aizel Joy Gagarin and headed by Mark
John Serafico. The whole team is assigned with different
individual involvement. Aizel and Arnold serve as the
merchandiser of the group. Mark and Charish assigned as
market analysts and researcher.

Mr. Serafico is the operation manager, Ms.
Gagarin and Ms. Reyes is the financial manager and

the business period of time but to create a business that will
surely hit in the town. Partially the business will:
•Engage in an online Business that will use social media as an
advertising medium and use web based market strategies that
help in the business. Trough this, expenditures in advertising
will is not a problem in the business.
•Engage in outdoor selling and advertising process to provide
traditional face-to-face market strategies to the public and
individual buyers.

7. The business sales of Sweet’s All You Can will process 60% online
and 40% on the traditional face-to-face market. Complete contact details will
corporate in the facebook pages for more details about the products that we
are going to sell. For comments, suggestion and feedback the online buyers
can post in our official Facebook page. On traditional face-to-face market we
will use our skills in selling our product. We will advertise our product in the
different department in our university and use our connection to gain more
buyers. We will also use flyers to disseminate our business info within the
campus. Student who reside in boarding house are also part of our target
consumers.
Through cash on delivery (COD) process the business will impose good
customer service.
