MARKETING
COMPANY LOCATION IN LINE WITH MARKETING
Since the company is to be located in Central Business District of Gokwe township it is
crucial to note that the location is ideal as it is close to several retailers, supermarkets
and schools. According to our research basic products and bakery casualties are on
demand in that area since credible companies like Bakers Inn and Lobels are not
supplying in that area especially in the Zhombe district where the demand is very high.
PRICING STRATEGIES
Pricing is a strategy used by companies to differentiate its product from other companies. It
is also used to place a value on a product. A good pricing strategy is necessary for a
company’s success for example it might gain more market share by using penetration
pricing as a strategy. Sunshine Bakery will diverse pricing strategies depending on the
circumstances provided.
 The first pricing strategy we are resorting to is penetration pricing strategy , t is a
strategy of setting a relative low initial entity price, to attract customers and gaining
market share. The price will be raised later once the market share is gained
 Secondly we will rely on compitative pricing strategy where we will price after
comparing other providers like Lobels and Proton though they are not that vibrant in
Gokwe
 Thirdly we will consider cost based pricing as our strategy. Since we will be a new
business there is need for cost-benefit analysis therefore our employees will be cost
conscious in pricing.

PRICING STRTEGY Cont’d
• Lastly psychological pricing strategy will be our last resort. This strategy will
assist us in getting customer base and a larger market share. Most our goods will
seem to be at par with our competitors ; for instance a pizza from Bakers Inn will
be costing $8 and Sunshine Bakery will be selling the same product at $7.99 and
it will seem cheaper from that one from Bakers Inn.
SALES FORECAST
• In accordance to our expectations and our vision we expect 30% increase and
50% increase in our second and third year of operation respectively.
