The document discusses several designs for Marcel Stasiorowski's business card. It provides details on 4 different design iterations, including colors, fonts, logos and layouts used. For the first design, Marcel likes the color and front logo but thinks the back could be improved. For the second, he prefers the neater font placement but not the black background color. The third design uses his full-color logo as the background to save space and convey his company message. The fourth aims for a basic, plain design with a squiggly line and website slogan. Marcel provides elaboration on the creative process and elements included in each design draft.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.
The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

1.
front back
My first business card idea design, front and back, the card includes my mobile
number, email, website link and my name. What i like about the business card is
the colour and the logo on the front of the business card it makes up for the simple
plain blue background. What i could improve in this design would be the back of the
business card as its really plain and boring. I would position the logo further up so it
is on the same level as the front logo also i would remove one of the QR codes and
added some extra into about my website/projects.
2. (no back design)
I prefer my second design as to the first one because the layout of the font looks
more professional and neater, the placement of the logo gives me loads of room to
include any QR codes or further promotions for my website or any third parties
that would be included in the website/project. However the black background
colour does not match my logo or website design.

3. (no back design)
For my experimental design 3, I have used my full logo as the
front and background of the business card so i could save
space on the card and create more bigger, clear and visible
for audiences. What i like about design 3 is the colour
coordination how the white information writing matches the
white cliffs in the background and the QR code in the top left
corner also the bright white writing which is matching with the
clear bright sky which symbolises calmness and peace which
also reflects back on the slogan “peace prosperity vibes”.
What i would change about this design is that id add a black
outlines on the white writing so it is more visible for audiences
that would see the business card for the time.

4. (no back design, staying plain and gray)
For my 4th design i decided to go plain and basic with a touch
of imagery to represent my website and to indicate what the
business card is about. What i like about this design that its
basic and clear to read and gather information from also how
the squiggly line in the centre makes it look like levels of
information to direct you to the for of communication you would
like to access (MOB, email, website) and how it shows the
website slogan crealy in bottom left. What i think requires
improvements in this design is a bit more colour to
match the website logo and slogan
3. Design Elaboration
Design one
For my first design i used
a normal rectangle shape
template for the front and
background.
I have created my logo on adobe
premiere pro which i then applied on my
business card drafts on various designs.
For my information i
have used font size
10 and the spectral
font design.
For the colours of my
business card i have used
custom colour blue-5bfcfc.
For my draft i just searched for a qr code
on google images which i then copied
and pasted onto my draft business card.
Which i then applied to the back design of my
business card.
4. Design 2
For my second
business card
draft i have
used font size
4 and the
arabic font
setting for the
information
design and i
used casual
yellow colour
To represent my company i
have used my logo which i
have designs in adobe
premiere pro which i then
transferred from my files
onto powerpoint and
applied it to my draf.
For my background outline design I only
used the letter M key and used the
paragraph align to create the rectangular
shaper around the business card. I used
font size 4 and the Forte style of font.
