This billboard uses colour as well as it stands out from 
the white background and contrasts with the white 
shirts the models are wearing, I think this looks very 
powerful and makes the viewers look straight to the 
jeans which is what they’re selling and should be the 
main focus of attention anyway.
The company’s logo is visible although not the main 
focus. There is also text involved that explains the 
advert to the viewer which is helpful but doesn't’t ruin 
the advert. Also the model with the green jeans on 
has a direct mode of address which involves the 
audience of the advert further.
The brand name on this billboard had the most emphasis placed 
on it because it is the main feature of the billboard, the big writing 
is spaced out which means that it takes up the full length of the 
board and the font is very much standing out and modern which 
makes it appealing to the companies target audience of 
teenagers. Black and white are binary opposites, this helps them 
to contrast and emphasis each other which I think looks good on 
a billboard as it makes the brand name the most important 
aspect of the billboard advertisement. I think my billboard will 
have the masthead similar to this one being the main feature.
This provides the viewers of the billboard with the access to 
more information on the brand. On this billboard however in my 
opinion I think the website is hard to read because it’s been 
placed on a strong background and is thin text, this would make 
it difficult for example a passers by in cars to read the website, 
but that’s not the most important aspect to this one so it’s not a 
major problem.
This billboard consists mainly of the image which immediately catch any 
passing peoples eyes and draws them to the advertisement. The white 
background is simple but bright and allows the emphasis to be on the 
model and the brand name which is clearly printed over it. The image 
has also used the mirror effect which shows the image twice back to 
back that adds double the emphasis in my opinion and creates a more 
powerful looking billboard. The model is seen under bright lighting so 
the red clothing is brightened alongside the models pink hair. There are 
also no props in the main image which allows further emphasis to be in 
the right place, the centre of the billboard.
This is one of my favorite billboards because it is so simple 
but effective as its still sending across a strong message and 
catching the readers attention. The message is so strong that 
it doesn’t need an image to support it or give it any kind of 
meaning, it implies that people may fall in love with the 
clothing, the site, the brand or even just fall in love in general. 
The font is very simplistic which fits in with the simple idea 
and the black on the white colour scheme are binary 
opposites which has also been seen through a lot of other 
billboards, magazines and websites of the fashion genre.
The website address is positioned underneath the 
logo and brand name which gives the audience a 
chance to get more information or follow the 
campaign. The website also gives a further strength to 
the brand and is a strong convention of billboards in 
general.
The logo represents the brand wild fox, it stands out 
because of the black on white colour scheme and 
because the font is that simple it matches the slogan 
as well. The logo stands out because once you have 
read the slogan you naturally look down to see who 
the brand is and what is being advertised. By putting 
a small logo next to it, it gives the reader something 
more to look at and lets them associate with the logo 
they may have seen elsewhere such as on an 
advertisement, in a magazine or on other billboards.
