 Working as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
 In charge for the guest floors.
 Handling staff strength of 77 hotel staff, apprentice 50 and other around 40
contract staff
 327 rooms five star super deluxe property.
 Reporting to the Director Housekeeping.
 Responsible for all the departmental functions. Staffing, duty charts, training,
Budgeting, etc…
 All contract staff training and grooming.
 Contract work with upholster, tailor, laundry. Making their work schedules,
quality control, billing, supplies procurement, and maintaining all records.
 Interaction with all subordinate departments’ purchase, stores and handling all
day to day duties.
 Interaction with the engineering department. All daily functions. Total in charge
for preventive maintenance schedules.
 Total in charge for all soft renovation
 Making of yearly budgets for the department.
 Interaction with the laundry.
 Full exposure to Public areas and Linen Uniform room also.
 Taking inventories, quarterly and yearly.
 Total in charge in absence of the departmental head.
 Making all presentations for the department for training and reflections of the
departmental activities.
 Active team member in 26.11.08 incident.
 Present on site for clearing guests and floors/ public area.
 Have seen the actual facts and achieved the required work as per the situation.
 After the incident responsible for the hard renovation of the hotel going on for
the past 8 months.
 Actively involved in all procurement requirements. Making up mock up rooms
and public area.
 First in charge responsible with the projects team.
 Making snag list for required areas.
 Working in close coordination with corporate, projects and engineering team
CLUB MAHINDRA VARCA BEACH GOA (The first 5 star resort with PCMM
Level 3 certification)
EXECUTIVE HOUSE KEEPER (OCTOBER 2002 TILL NOV 2006)
 Head of the department. Reporting directly to GM.
 Working in coordination with the ROOMS DIV MANAGER / CHIEF ENGINEER.
 200 room property covering around 14 acres with man power of 60 houseman
and contract staff.
 All the HEAD OF DEPT. duties done with efficiency. Direct coordination with the
Projects and other req. has other 8 resorts around, help them organize there
department too.
 Handled soft furnishing and expansion so actively involved with PROJECTS.
Excellent in hand over and take over from the projects.
 Excellent analytical skills.
 Budgeting monthly, yearly.
 Recruitment and training of staff. There appraisals and Increment.
 Organization is PCMM classified active KPA owner.
 Market survey for new products and introduction of new organization uniform
