Job Responsibilities
• To keep a tight control on stock movements and to have all items inventoried
and issued correctly at all times.
• To inform the Provision Master or Hotel Cost Controller of any
expired/spoiled items or any other kind of stock damage.
• Prepared all reports of Store like Daily issuing, Daily store cleaning, slow
moving & Non Moving Items, Near expiry and Monthly inventory etc.
• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase
orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports,
documents and tracks damages and discrepancies an orders received.
• To perform any other duties set by company policies, Management or his/her
superior and not included in the above job description.
 Handled all duties of F&B controller in case he is on vacation or away from the
duty station. Like that:-
• Provides analysis of F&B stores consumption to handle the ordering of Food &
Beverage as exact possible.
• Hold minimum each second day a spot check on physical inventories held in
the bars, food and beverage store.
• Ensure that all the month end reports are on the Financial Controller’s desk by

day after month end close.
• Outlet wise monthly Food & Beverage issue & closing entry in the FMC.
• Monthly Food & Beverage cost report.
• Monthly guest entertainment summery.
