Seven Steps to Self Mastery-A journey through the chakras- Steps 6 & 7
In Step 6 the focus is on the Third Eye Chakra. Ajna Chakra is the seat of the soul, this is where your soul resides. It is in the centre of your head, @ the same level as the eyebrows. This is your control centre, the Pineal Gland, which is light sensitive, determines how you view and interact with life. This is also the place which brings in and translates the higher energetic frequencies for your experiential manifestations. It is here @ the Ajna that you can develop the extra sensory perceptions.
Step 7, the Crown chakra is the final chakra associated with the body, it is above the head and is your connection to your Spiritual energy. It is known as the wisdom centre- this is the where you connect with the Greater Unity consciousness, here is where you start to see the bigger picture and your role in the world from a Universal perspective. You lose the sense of I and instead focus on service to humanity and your fellow beings.

As if sales development reps didn’t have their jobs cut out for them already. Response rates are dropping, sales are becoming more complex, and as a result it’s getting more and more difficult to break through to the right person.
But does that mean prospecting is dead? Of course not. In fact, as the sales prospecting stats below show, smart SDRs are drawing on new skills and technology to help them develop a much-needed edge.
So don’t just sit there — jump on your leads, get to them first, leverage your network for referrals and connections, and above all, stay persistent and proactive!
The 7 habits of highly effective peopleJames McQueen
The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People introduces the habits which single out people who deal particularly effectively with the world around them.
Emotional Intelligence (EI), the key to improving client building, existing relationships,
negotiation techniques and leadership skills, can best be taught, accessed, coached,
developed and enhanced by using improvisation techniques to support emotive learning.
Cognitive learning is less effective because it is knowledge‐based. As such, comprehending
the concepts of EI is not enough. Increasing one’s EI is like exercising a muscle rather than
learning more about a topic. It requires the appropriate action and reinforcement ‐‐ much
like lifting weights to develop stronger muscles rather than reading an exercise book.
Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognize our own emotions and thoughts, and the way we manage them can help us to understand better other people’s feelings and build stronger relationships with them. It can be said that our success is based on the relationships we create with others and emotions are the key to achieve it.

1. strengths & weaknesses
2. thoughts & self-talk
3. values & beliefs
4. motivation
5. emotions

attitude and your responses to
them in the moment.
3. Why?
To become a better version of yourself and a more
dependable member of society.
5. Johnny’s Strengths and weaknesses are the skills that he does well
or not so well within a given context.
Example: Johnny is an amazing
programmer. But when Hubert gives
him instructions, Johnny’s quick to
dismiss him to get to work right away.
Then when it’s time to deliver, it’s not
what the client had asked for.
6. Lloyd often lets his thoughts get the better of him. He doesn’t realize
that they affect his morale.
Example: Lloyd keeps thinking that he’ll sound
dumb when the team meets the client, even
though everyone tells him he does a great job
and he has nothing to worry about.
7. Hubert’s values and beliefs are what guides his behaviour? Although
he has good intentions he doesn’t always follow through.
Example: Hubert values team work.
He believes that everyone should be
accountable to everyone else. Yet
when Lloyd needs help, Hubert is
never around and he’s hard to
reach. Often coming into work late.

and other’s emotions.

do his work. But Lloyd just doesn’t understand
what Johnny is saying.
Eventually Johnny gets frustrated and then
becomes impatient. Finally he gets angry.
What Johnny doesn’t realize is that Lloyd is
nervous, the more frustrated and angry Johnny
gets, the more nervous Lloyd get.
