body, each with its own specific characteristics. 
The seven Chkara’s also represent 7 levels of existence, 
development or dimensionality. 
We looked at the first Chakra, the Muladhara (Root 
Chakra), which focuses on the physical survival and early 
childhood, tribal, belonging, safety etc.

Take notes of what you find interesting, and 
write it down on a large piece of paper.
