How do you use it?
 Introduce the students to the web tools.
 Help them to register and to become members in order to share
the space.
 Give them some topics to deal with and upload their data and
materials on their wikis.
 Learn spoecific vocabulary;
 Practice the necessary grammar and structure.
 The students look for and get multimedia information and
material on the web, select and process it.
Why do you use wikispace?
Wikispace is :
- Innovative and stimulating the students ‘ creativity.
- Learner-centred approach and respectful of different learning styles: such
as linguistic, mathematical, spatial, kinesthetic, interpersonal.
- Promote the digital competences,
- Innovative in methods, tools and spaces and also promote cooperative
learning through the use of the web and ts learning communities.
- Respectful of the EU Recommendation on Key Competencies for Lifelong
Learning
Why using Wikispace?
Wikispace has two modes : the ‘normal one’ is like any other web page and the
‘editing mode’ lets the authors change text, edit existing pages and add new ones.
It is a good platform to create a collaborative project with other people.
 It lets people work asyncronically from different places :
 it is also useful:
 as information sources.
 for students to hand in assignments, which could include peer ratings from other
students.
 as tools for collaborative web-writing to create collective knowledge
 as discussion forums.
 as libraries or databases around particular cases or topics .
 A place to practice collaboration and co-operation skills.

How do you use it?  Introduce the students to the web tools.  Help them to register and to become members in order to share the space.  Give them some topics to deal with and upload their data and materials on their wikis.  Learn spoecific vocabulary;  Practice the necessary grammar and structure.  The students look for and get multimedia information and material on the web, select and process it.
  • 4. Why do you use wikispace? Wikispace is : - Innovative and stimulating the students ‘ creativity. - Learner-centred approach and respectful of different learning styles: such as linguistic, mathematical, spatial, kinesthetic, interpersonal. - Promote the digital competences, - Innovative in methods, tools and spaces and also promote cooperative learning through the use of the web and ts learning communities. - Respectful of the EU Recommendation on Key Competencies for Lifelong Learning
  • 5. Why using Wikispace? Wikispace has two modes : the ‘normal one’ is like any other web page and the ‘editing mode’ lets the authors change text, edit existing pages and add new ones. Why do you use Exe.learning?  The advantages of using EXE.Learning.  It is a collection of tools to create sequences of online learning activities.  •Activities can be arranged in any sequences .  •The simple editing dialogue allows clean paste from word  •It can display equations, images, without needing to use html or web authoring tools  •It is simple to link to external web sites  •It is easy to create simple MCQs and quizzes using various question types  •It chooses from a range of available style sheets (appearances)  •It Exports your materials for use in web platform.

What are the benefits?  Every student can express his own creativity, imagination , his own interests and natural inclinations.  Empower their problem solving skills.  Enhance the students social skills due to team work .  Reinforces trasparency and visibilty of the students work  Document the students’ learning through his own products.  Qualify learning process.  Equity is also important.
  • 8. What are the challenges?  Highly challenging for the teachers who needs continuous training.  A lot of time for preparation for searching, selecting and arranging materials and activities .  Working at flexible time .  Have a good memory to remember IDs & passwords.
  • 9. What are the technical requirements  Internet access  HiPad,  Tablets  Laptops.  Open source software so only free registration.
