Print:
• Telephone book-find addresses and phone
numbers, and of course order pizza
• Yearbook-archival information, history of people
who attended the school
• Magazine-information on specific topics, many
times they are published each month
• Books-nonfiction books provide facts and
information on particular topics, fiction books are
usually for pleasure.

6. PURPOSE
Non-print:
• CD and player- can provide information on topics
or can be used for fun
• Radio-can provide information in emergencies,
weather updates, news, and music
• TV-can be educational or not
• Internet/websites-can provide infinite amounts of
information but not everything is accurate online
