This Assure method is more descriptive and uses more media and materials to incorporate into the classroom while taking each learning style or disability into consideration.
This is the first assignment that was done in my CI 350 course at Marshall University. This is a method used that assists teachers in making a more efficient and well-rounded lesson plan.
Proposed idea for graduate class. The idea of incorporating the community into the school as reading support is something that one day I would like to propose.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
Synthetic Fiber Construction in lab .pptxPavel ( NSTU)
Synthetic fiber production is a fascinating and complex field that blends chemistry, engineering, and environmental science. By understanding these aspects, students can gain a comprehensive view of synthetic fiber production, its impact on society and the environment, and the potential for future innovations. Synthetic fibers play a crucial role in modern society, impacting various aspects of daily life, industry, and the environment. ynthetic fibers are integral to modern life, offering a range of benefits from cost-effectiveness and versatility to innovative applications and performance characteristics. While they pose environmental challenges, ongoing research and development aim to create more sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives. Understanding the importance of synthetic fibers helps in appreciating their role in the economy, industry, and daily life, while also emphasizing the need for sustainable practices and innovation.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

Assure Methods increased Media
1. A: Analyze learner:
What is their learning style? What do the children already know? What resources do
they have? Where are they from? Age? Gender? Grade Level? Culture? The more I
know about my students the better my teaching and lessons will be.
This is a 1st grade classroom. Included in this classroom is special education students.
These students are hands on learners. They need to have different materials to touch
and feel throughout the lesson. The class is 70% white, 20% African-American, and
10% Hispanic. The African-American and Hispanic children are not like the white
children. They come from a different culture. The Hispanic students might not speak
English. Then there are 7 students that have a mild to severe case of ADHD. These
children do not have a very long attention span, so the lessons need to be short and to
the point.
S: State Objectives:
Audience: Teaching the months of the year to a 1st grade class,Special ed, 10 boys, 7
girls, 70% white, 20% African-American, 10% Hispanic. 7 students in the class have
mild to severe ADHD.
Behavior: My students will develop and demonstrate the months of the year
Conditions: By:
1.) Making a YouTube video on the months of the year. This could include a creative
song, skit, storytelling, or a how to on learning the months of the year. This would help
audio, tactile kinesthetic, and even visual learners.
2.) Looking at the calendar and saying each month together while looking at the word.
This would help visual learners.
3.) Relating the months of the year to their own birthday. This puts the students into the
lesson and makes them feel important.
4.) Doing a WebQuest provided my the teacher. This is security safe to where students
will be introduced to appropriate websites and material on the internet.
5.) Using a podcast would be another great way of learning the months of the year.
They can listen to the podcast while will talk about each month and why it is important.
This helps auditory learners.
6.)For special education they can spell out each month with blocks. They will remember
the month better because this is a hands on activity.
7.) The smartboard is a great way to incorporate a hands on activity for the students to
listen to the month said then tap the word that matches that audio sound. This is a fun
way to bring in all students.
Degree: With a 95%-100% accuracy they will learn the months of the year.
S: Select Methods, Media, and Materials
Incorporating the different learning styles such as: tactile kinesthetic, auditory, visual,
special education, and ADHD I would use five different methods. These methods would
consist of the following: hands on learning would be most effected by the making things
such as the YouTube video, the WebQuest, and using blocks. The second method
would be the students who learn through listening, which is not likely at a young age,
but there are some. I would use a podcast, songs to listen to, and the YouTube videos
again are great for any type of learner. Third I would use a method for the visual
learners with tools such as the YouTube videos, the pointing to the calendar, and the
use of the smart board. The other method I would use is for the special education
classmates. I would use the blocks to spell out the months of the year and I would use
2. the smart board activities. The last method I would incorporate into this lesson would be
for the children with ADHD. They would love the smart board activities because they are
short lessons and they are constantly interacting with the media and classmates.
The media needed for this lesson would be the smart board, calendar, podcast,
YouTube storytelling, WebQuest, and the Posters.
For the materials I would research and ask other specialist. In this classroom there are
different cultures, students with disabilities, and other problems, so help and advice is
needed in the classroom.
U: Utilize Media and Materials
I make sure my media and materials are ready before the lesson begins. The students
are only engaged when the teacher is prepared and ready to deliver the lesson. Follow
the 5 Ps.
E: Evaluate and Revise
Never wait till the end of the unit to evaluate. During the lesson I will listen for everyone
to be singing, who is participating, who looks discouraged when we are reviewing the
months of the year, when they are asked to point to a month, do they point to the correct
month, if they are not developing the material then that child needs extra time and
attention with that specific lesson. When you revise with the child they should be
evaluated until they meet the degree of accuracy.
