Topic: Action Words 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to know 
action words. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to define a 
verb without looking at their notebook. 
B. Recalling 
Topic: Parts of a sentence 
General Objectives: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to 
understand the parts of a sentence. 
Specific Objectives: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to label the 
subject and predicate in a sentence by underlining it. 
II. Comprehension 
Grade Level: Grade 3 
Subject: Science 
Topic: Parts of the eye/The visual organ 
A. Interpreting 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to understand 
the function of the eye. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to distinguish 
the function of the eye by looking at the illustration on the chalkboard. 
B. Exemplifying 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to take care 
of their eyes. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to give at 
least three (3) examples of ways on how to take care of our eyes.
C. Classifying 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to tell the 
parts of the eye. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to classify the 
parts of the eye according to the inner and outer parts that was discussed 
yesterday. 
D. Summarizing 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to summarize 
the entire process of sight organ. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to summarize 
the entire process of sight organ using the following words: iris, pupil, retina and 
optic nerve. 
E. Inferring 
General Objective: At the end 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to tell why a 
person should not look at the sun for a longer period. 
Specific Objective: At the end 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to defend why a 
person should not look at the sun for a longer period according to prior 
knowledge or observation. 
F. Comparing 
General Objective: At the end 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to tell the 
difference between a pupil and an iris. 
Specific Objective: At the end 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to identify the 
difference between a pupil and an iris by giving its function. 
G. Explaining 
General Objective: At the end 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to explain why 
reading in dark places can harm our eyes. 
Specific Objective: At the end 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to explain the 
reason why reading in dark places can harm our eyes by reading the selection on 
the book.

the sewing machine by making a simple apron. 
B. Implementing 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to 
understand the ways of preserving food. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to 
demonstrate ways on preserving food by applying the methods on food 
preservation. 
IV. Analysis 
Grade Level: 2nd year 
Subject: Biology 
Topic: Cell Division and Sexual Reproduction 
A. Differentiating 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to know 
compare meiosis and mitosis. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to 
distinguish between meiosis and mitosis and how it is related to reproduction.
B. Organizing 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to know 
the stages of the cell cycle. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to examine 
the stages of the cell cycle by simply looking at the microscope. 
C. Attributing 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to 
understand the importance of cell division in human being. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to relate 
cell division with the stages of human development. 
V. Synthesis 
Grade Level: 3rd Year 
Subject: Values Education 
Topic: Christian Morals in Historical Perspective 
A. Generating 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able understand 
why bullying is prominent inside the school campus. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to generate 
several hypotheses on why bullying is prominent inside the school campus. 
B. Planning 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to know 
the battles won by the Israelites on their journey to the Promised Land. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able make a 
timeline of the battles won by the Israelites during their journey to the Promised 
Land.
C. Producing 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to know 
the details of Paul’s encounter with God at Damascus. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to produce 
a play based on the life of Paul during his encounter with God at Damascus. 
VI. Evaluation 
Grade Level: 4th Year 
Subject: Social Studies 
Topic: The President’s State of the Nation Address 
A. Checking 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to tell the 
time length of the President’s speech during his SONA. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to estimate 
the total time length of the President’s speech during his SONA. 
B. Critiquing 
General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to know if 
the platforms of the President were implemented or not. 
Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to judge 
the list of the President’s platform during the presidential election to see if those 
platforms were implemented or not.

  • 2. I. Knowledge Grade Level: Grade 1 Subject: English A. Recognizing Topic: Action Words General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to know action words. Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to define a verb without looking at their notebook. B. Recalling Topic: Parts of a sentence General Objectives: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to understand the parts of a sentence. Specific Objectives: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to label the subject and predicate in a sentence by underlining it. II. Comprehension Grade Level: Grade 3 Subject: Science Topic: Parts of the eye/The visual organ A. Interpreting General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to understand the function of the eye. Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to distinguish the function of the eye by looking at the illustration on the chalkboard. B. Exemplifying General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to take care of their eyes. Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to give at least three (3) examples of ways on how to take care of our eyes.
