The ham agar plate grows the most bacterial colonies because this food has the most moisture. Germs
like living in moisture and this is why the test could not be done on a normal tiled floor but instead
had to be done with artificially covered surfaces. It also makes sense that germs would stick to a food

Love loves to love love. James Joyce. Regardless of geography, gender, sexual orientation, religion,
race, education or economic status humankind desires love, and it s through literature and art that we
find a universal connection provided by the artist or author, and oftentimes advice to help us cope with
our humanity. For instance in If You Forget About Me , poet Pablo Neruda uses literary devices such
as tone and metaphor to represent how love can be romantic, yet volatile. For example, Neruda uses a
switch in tone from the beginning where the speaker is loving and romantic describing how,
everything carries me to you (Neruda 11). The tone changes in the middle of the poem, becoming
ominous, Well, now, if little by little you stop loving me I shall stop loving you little by little. (Neruda
17 19). These quotes show how love can mean everything and nothing at the same time, the speaker
describes in the first quote how everything in his life revolves around his lover but if he/she decides to
fall out of love he will easily do the same. Neruda also uses a metaphor, leave me at the shore of the

The stories of Frankl, Mustapha Mond, and Ivan share several similarities and differences. In Viktor
E. Frankl s Man s Search for Meaning, he tells us that finding the meaning of life is finding our
