Responsibilities:
 Responsible for Processing of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a
manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.
 Responsible for employee engagement initiatives across the department.
 Coordinate probation assessment process and assist in issue of confirmation letters, offer letter,
circular, notification, & etc.
 Organizing and maintaining files and records.
 Joining formalities of new joinees ,offer letters , appointment letters, experience letters
 Maintaining attendance sheet of employees.
 Deal with issues relating to employee (in) discipline at work place in line with company
policies and legal requirements
 Preparation of pertinent documents for submission to different Govt. Agencies/Vendors/Clients
with the consultation of Competent Authority.
 Taking care and managing Stationary and other relevant for office and during various visits.
 Interaction with Concerned Authority (NPIU-MHRD etc.) regarding the inquiries.
 Assisting the concerned HoD’s, faculties and students regarding the subject-matter.
 Monitoring Management Information System of Institute.
 Updates with rule and regulation of concerned policy of NPIU, MHRD-Delhi, MIS, TEQIP.
