Human Resource Activities
Joining Formalities/Documentation:
 Formulating Salary structure & Issuance of offer letter.
 Issuance of Appointment letter once all the requisite documents are received from selected
candidate.
Employee Relation:
 Ensuring prompt resolution of employee Grievances like salary processing, reimbursement pay
out etc. to maintain cordial management – employee relations and achieve dedication by
employee.
 Knowledge of all components under Statutory Compliance and explaining all queries related to
CLRA, ESI, PF, Bonus, and Gratuity etc.
 Understanding the core reasons for an employee leaving. Devising means and ways to retain the
employee with an objective to reduce the attrition rate.
 Disciplinary actions related to Absenteeism, Absconding and Insubordination, etc.
HR Database Management:
 Working on OMMS/HRIS system and maintaining complete Employee life cycle data (like Emp ID,
DOJ, Designation, Promotion, Compensation structure, Bank Details, Resignation Type, etc.) of
resources of all clients.
 Maintaining HRIS by ensuring complete documentation (previous relieving letter, salary slip, etc.),
leave records of resources.
 Issuance and maintenance of records of various forms like Salary certificate, Bonafide certificate,
ESI forms, etc.
 Issuance and maintenance of termination and contract extension letter and NOC.
