Responsibilities
 Part of Leadership Hiring(Band 8,9 & 10).
 Role starts after candidate gets selected in organization.
 Taking care of documentation of Leadership candidates.
 Calling candidates and explaining the process of releasing offer letter.
 Making the candidates aplly for the job on IBMcandidate portal.
 Once they apply to the job, will receive the data and have to send forms to candidates
to fill the forms online.
 Getting the mandatory documents from candidates and sharing them to background
verification team for document verification.
 Sharing declaration mails to hiring manager and up line to get their approvals for each
candidate that is required for further offer processing.
 Once BGC is cleared , process with the offer processing part with required approvals.
 Whenthe offerisreleased,followup with the candidate regarding the offer letter and
joining date.
 Extend or pre-pond the joining date as per the candidate requirement.
 Sharing the details of candidates with on boarding team as per the data.
 Maintain excel sheet data for all the candidates selected for offer.
 In touch with candidates till their on boarding.
 Taking care of re-imbursement of candidate who are relocating.
