Recruitment:
 Working for Contract to hire and permanent position.
 Understanding the client’s requirements and their priorities.
 Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal database, job portals, taking
references, to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.
 Sourcing the profiles through various portals like Monster, Naukri, etc.
 Pre-screening & Tele Screening - Collecting the details of the potential Candidate, asking his/her core
