The language in the Deaf World is called signed language. In America it is called
American Sign Language (ASL). Sign Language is different all over the world it
is not universal. For Deaf people their language is the most important thing in their
lives, it is who they are, it is their identity. Deaf people have a different culture and
customs compared to the hearing world. They learn communication differently
from hearing people. What people do not understand is that signed language is
visual communication therefore the language is pictorial. ASL does have
grammar there is a set of rules to follow for words and sentence formation. A

immune response due to interferon protein; this is due to P gene. The P gene is

which is used to treat various viral hemorrhagic fevers, in vitro studies of ribavirin

[President Obama s new plan for NASA is] bad for the country, Harrison Schmitt, a

Obama, one of the chairmen of the House Science, Space and Technology Committee
expressed disappointment in the fact that the President used this moment only to
reflect on NASA s history, rather than promoting a strong vision for the future of
space exploration. (Foust) Under Obama s new program, the United States Space
Program will have to depend completely on foreign countries space shuttles to
transport astronauts and cargo to and from orbit until private domestic industries gain
the capability to do so. Former astronaut Schmitt commented, This administration
really does not believe in American exceptionalism. (Achenbach) Kay Bailey
Hutchinson, a senator from Texas, also disapproves saying, America s decades long
dominance of space will finally come to an end. (Foust)
There are some, however, who are neither side of the argument. Rather they are
fighting merely to have the issue resolved. One person in particular is the director
at NASA, Ralph Hall. With President Obama s plan, NASA s budget would be
increased by 6 billion dollars over the next five years (Achenbach), but because of
the way the law is written, NASA is required to continue spending money however
congress has legislated. Currently the only legislation that is governing NASA s
actions is Constellation Program.

War was inevitable: This simple and seemingly innocuous action broke the last
thread and split the last institution symbolizing Nigeria s nationhood and cohesion
which had been regularly tampered with by the politicians since 1962. The rift
between the Eastern Region and the rest of the country was total (ibid). In a meeting
convened in Aburi, Ghana, by Ghanaian general Gen. Ankrah, leader of the eastern
