What have I learned from my
   Audience Feedback?
           Advert
How was Audience Feedback Collected
• My first batch of audience feedback was collected by
showing my advert to five people and asking them to say
something they like and something they did not like. Using
this I made edits to the advert to try and make it more
suitable to them and to try and make it meet the
audience's needs better. I then asked them to vote for
which version they liked best, the original or the new
version and that version became the final advert.
What changes were made as a result
•
of this feedback? and changed to black.
The first change was that ‘Out Now’ was moved down
• I think this was an effective change because it allows it to stand out more (as
it’s a different colour to the rest of the text) and it isn’t distracting attention
away from the artist. Originally it was on top of the model and therefore
taking attention away from her. However, now it is underneath her and
therefore allows more attention and focus from the audience to be placed on
  her.
What other Changes were Made?
• The information “Featuring” was changed. The change was wording, font and
    placement.
• I think this was an effective change. “Featuring” sounds more interesting than
“Including” in my opinion, and this different placement has allowed the font to be
bigger (attracting more attention from the audience) and therefore making the
advert stand out to them more.
• My audience also agree with me that this is a good change, as they selected the
second version of the advert to be the final version of the advert.
Continuous Audience Feedback
• For this task I was able to receive continuous
audience feedback because I constantly asked my
friends around me what they thought of what I
was producing whilst I was producing it. This
allowed me to meet expectations because it
allowed me to obtain audience feedback whilst
making it, and make minor changes meaning that
when having to collect real audience feedback
later on, not much was needed to be changed or
edited because I had already edited with this
  audience feedback.
Improvements to Audience Feedback
• My audience feedback was not as in-depth as
my music video feedback was. This is because
I collected a third lot of feedback for my video.
I think I should have done that for this task
because it would have allowed me to collect
further feedback and add more to the original
advert and possibly made a better product
because of it. If I was to redo this project I
would definitely do this to make a better
  looking advert.
