• ZigBee is a specification for a suite of high level
communication protocols used to create personal
area networks built from small, low-power digital
radios.
APPLICATIONS:
• Home entertainment and control
• Wireless sensor networks
• Embedded sensing
ULTRASONIC
DISTANCE SENSOR
• An ultrasonic sensor is a device that uses high-
frequency sound to measure distance.
• These sensors are also known as transceivers, and
operate similar to sonar.
CONTROLLER
(ARM LPC 2148)
• The LPC2148 contains an
Analog-to-Digital Converter
or ADC for short, as well as
a Digital-to-Analog
Converter (DAC).
• The microcontroller crystal
frequency is 12.0000 MHz.
• This frequency has been
selected in order to allow
maximum execution speed
L293D QUADRUPLE
HALF-H DRIVERS
• The L293 and L293D are quadruple high-current
half-H drivers.
• The L293 is designed to provide
bidirectional drive currents of up to 1 A at voltages
from 4.5 V to 36 V.
• The L293D is designed to
provide bidirectional drive currents of up to
600-mA at voltages from 4.5 V to 36 V.

REQUIREMENT
• CONTROLLER (ARM LPC 2148/AT89S52).
• ZIG BEE MODULES.
• WIRELESS CAMERA.
• ULTRSONIC DISTANCE SENSOR.
P.C.
• POWER SUPPLY UNIT
• MAX 232 IC.
• MISCELLINOIUS COMPONENTS.
SOFTWARE
REQUIREMENT
FOR AT89S52 BASED:
• KEIL U version IDE
• Us Flash+ Ver. 4.0.0 programmer
FOR LPC 2148 BASED:
• KEIL MDK-ARM
• Flash the device using FLASH MAGIC
LANGUAGE:
• Embedded C/C++ development environment
• KEIL includes extensive middleware libraries.
PLATFORM:
• windows xp.
CONCLUSION
Hence the effective and reliable control of robots can be
achieved using wireless networks with ULTRASONIC
OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE FUNCTION

  • 2. OBJECTIVE • The Effective and reliable control of robots using wireless networks. • The robot is controlled by feedback information in real time with ULTRASONIC OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE FUNCTION.

  • 5. ZIGBEE • ZigBee is a specification for a suite of high level communication protocols used to create personal area networks built from small, low-power digital radios. APPLICATIONS: • Home entertainment and control • Wireless sensor networks • Embedded sensing
  • 6. ULTRASONIC DISTANCE SENSOR • An ultrasonic sensor is a device that uses high- frequency sound to measure distance. • These sensors are also known as transceivers, and operate similar to sonar.
  • 7. CONTROLLER (ARM LPC 2148) • The LPC2148 contains an Analog-to-Digital Converter or ADC for short, as well as a Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). • The microcontroller crystal frequency is 12.0000 MHz. • This frequency has been selected in order to allow maximum execution speed
  • 8. L293D QUADRUPLE HALF-H DRIVERS • The L293 and L293D are quadruple high-current half-H drivers. • The L293 is designed to provide bidirectional drive currents of up to 1 A at voltages from 4.5 V to 36 V. • The L293D is designed to provide bidirectional drive currents of up to 600-mA at voltages from 4.5 V to 36 V.
  • 9. HARDWARE REQUIREMENT • CONTROLLER (ARM LPC 2148/AT89S52). • ZIG BEE MODULES. • WIRELESS CAMERA. • ULTRSONIC DISTANCE SENSOR. P.C. • POWER SUPPLY UNIT • MAX 232 IC. • MISCELLINOIUS COMPONENTS.
  • 10. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT FOR AT89S52 BASED: • KEIL U version IDE • Us Flash+ Ver. 4.0.0 programmer FOR LPC 2148 BASED: • KEIL MDK-ARM • Flash the device using FLASH MAGIC
  • 11. LANGUAGE: • Embedded C/C++ development environment • KEIL includes extensive middleware libraries. PLATFORM: • windows xp.
  • 12. CONCLUSION Hence the effective and reliable control of robots can be achieved using wireless networks with ULTRASONIC OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE FUNCTION
