This document describes a temperature compensated 2.45 GHz ring oscillator circuit with double frequency control. The circuit uses a double control technique that independently controls voltage and current to improve temperature compensation. Experimental results show the temperature drift is reduced from 1291 ppm/°C to 73 ppm/°C without degrading other performance metrics like phase noise, frequency range, and power consumption. The double control technique provides an effective and low-cost solution for temperature compensation in wireless communication applications.
