• The first process I did is I found a background that I thought would be good but the
problem was that I wanted it to be in a abandoned building. I found the perfect
background but then I wanted it to be a bit misty. I downloaded some a smoke png to
editing from the internet and that helped me get the warzone affect the only problem I
had is that it did not fill the whole page. I made it larger by using short cut command T
and then it filled the whole page. I then got one of the popular characters from the main
game that will be in this magazine so my audience would recognise the character and be
drawn into the magazine. I had to cover over the black background, but the first time I did
it I deleted some of the person because it was a dark background. I changed the contrast
then it let me do it. Then I had to find a cross hair then edited it. I put it behind it because
if it was in font it, it would look weird. I put the selling line at the top with a black
background. I made sure the whole thing was straight so there was no wonky bits. I got
any barcode of the internet then got rid of the background so it does not stand out. Then I
made a black box and then wrote that I am interviewing the second best in the world.
That draws people in. The title I could not think on what to call it so I just came up with a
simple name. The plug I made it green so it stands out so people who walk past it would
see it. Also I made it a ps4 pro because more people play ps4 than Xbox. I made the
magazine 3.99 i made it small print so that people don’t see it but also I put it above the
barcode.

The double page spread I started out by getting some pictures. I made sure that I did not
get the same photo twice. I did not really stick to my plan because I did not realise how
much I had to write. Then first column I wrote about the game but I did it on word
because ion photo shop it does not have spell checker. So I wrote it all on word and
copied and pasted it on the photoshop document. I made a title but I put it on the right
side. I put the title in big font. I also made it so each side was equal. By using the ruler
tool by making it all the same length and width. I also wrote about the tips and tricks ,I
also did this on word. The sub heading I put on the top. Then I decide to interview with
my friend who is the second best in the world, but at the end I put a picture of him.
