5-S was developed in Japan, is the name of a workplace organization method that uses a list of five Japanese words: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke. 5-S’s are basic in establishing norms for effective performance as well as is a technique to ensure incremental improvement. An organization implemented/ practicing 5-S techniques, need to know the status: the level where the organization is standing. This presentation will help to find out the level easily.
