4. Props & Locations
People needed Locations needed for
sound effects
I will not need any other people for the recording. I would need to get all the props for the recording
such as a coat the water running and keys on a
chain.
I will only have to get my microphone as well as
other equipment like a pop filter for better quality
when recoding.
All of the locations would be done in one place.
For the sound effect of the door closing I would
need to go out side.

5. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
Work could not be saved in the right format such as it
not being saved as a mp3 so that you cant listen to in.
When you have saved your work reopen it and make
sure its in the correct type.
You could save your work on the desktop without
backing it up in any other way to access it in a different
room.
Make sure that’s its saved to your email or cloud as
well as the deck top.
Having work not save or get corrupted during
working.
When working make sure that you save your work as
you go on.

6. Health and Safety

When working for longer amounts of time you
could damage the computer you are working on
due to heat.
When working if you see anything slowing down a
lot from what it was before or the internal
compensates making noise you should turn it off
and give it a break.
If you are sitting for longer amounts of time you
could get back as well as leg strain due to being in
the same position for long amounts of time.
When you are working and start to get pains
anywhere you should take a break and move
about for a bit.
As you are working with computers and audio you
could damage your hearing due to listening to
things all the time
if your eyes start to hurt you should take a break
from working and do other work that doesn’t
envole using audio.
When you sit down you could leave wires from
audio equipment out and could be a tripping
hazard to people.
When you are working you should check every so
often that all your equipment isn’t in the way of
people.
As you will be working with external electronics
such as audio records water damage is at a
higher risk.
if you are needing something to rink you should
move out or in the middle of the room to drink
something so that you are in no risk of damaging
anything.
Because you are using other equipment that isn’t
on a desk dropping it could be a issue.
Always keep whatever equipment you are using
in sight at all time.

7. Schedule

Day 1  For the first day I will get all the audio recording of
the sound effects I am doing my self.
 I will need the items its self
that needs recording. As well
as my recording equipment;
microphone, pop filter, sound
proofing.
Day 2  After I’ve gotten all of the audio clips I’m doing
myself I will go on YouTube can get the clips that
sound not recorded though a microphone.
 I will need just YouTube as
well as a mp3 converter and
to cut it down into the parts I
need.
Day 3  When I’ve got all my recording together I will start
doing the speech doing it part by part.
 For this all I will need is a
microphone for the
recording.
Day 4  When I have got all the recordings together I will
send them to my self via email so I can access them
at college.

Day 5  I will then use premier to edit all the audio clips
together in order of the script.
