Potential Issue Solution
lose important audio files that will be used to make this
podcast.
make a backup of these files to have extra copies.
if the audio recorder or gets damaged and you don’t have a
spare camera or phone to film your project on.
make sure to have a spare audio recorder with you in case your
main audio recorder breaks or gets damaged. It is good to have
one before you start producing.
voice actors not turning for the recording. have backup voice recorders in case any voice actors pull out on
the job.
bad audio on the recordings. Make sure when recording that the recorder is not too
close to your mouth when speaking.
editing software crashes Make backup saves every time you get past a step, this
will save you from losing your work.
transportation issues make sure to always have a way of transportation sorted the
night before of recording. This is so that you are able to get the
audio onto the editing software.
6. Health and Safety

the actor could fall over and hurt themselves if they
are running at a high speed. Trips and Falls.
the actors should make sure where they are running to
and should only run at a reasonable speed whilst
being filmed.
A item might break and get damaged if the voice actor
messes around with it. Equipment Damage.
make sure that all items are put in a safe place so no
one can mess around with them.
when editing if you have a drink near your computer it
can spill over. Electrocution.
keep food or drink away from your workspace at all
times.
if you are recording outside in rain, make sure you are
safe to bring your equipment out and avoid rain.
Weather dependable.
wait to record outside until its clear, bring water
proofs.
