My product's purpose is to entertain and educate listeners through conversations about conspiracy theories between myself and a guest. The genre is a podcast on Spotify since podcasts are popular online. Content will involve discussions of conspiracy theories about the pyramids of Egypt and Pentagon footage. There will be no script to make it more relatable. The target audience is males and females ages 12 and up since conspiracy content appeals most to this demographic. Legal considerations are that no offensive, unethical, or copyrighted material will be included.

What is the product’s purpose (entertain/educate etc.) and how will you achieve this?
My products purpose is to entertain and educate its listeners. I will attain making my
product entertainable by adding enticing conversation with quality audio between myself
and a guest on the podcast. The conversation will revolve around conspiracy theories as at
the moment similar podcasts discussing similar topics are gaining a lot of recognition and
followings. My product will be educational because of the topics that will be spoken about
on the podcast will include scientific research and calculations revolving around science
meaning it will provide some education and knowledge to my listeners.

What sort of product is it?
My products genre is a podcast on Spotify, I have chosen this select genre because it is a hot topic
online at the moment and many podcasters are making their mark on YouTube and other
streaming platforms in this way. Another reason I decided to do a podcast for my product is the
fact I enjoy listening to some in my spare time as well as my friends meaning they are a widely
discussed topic in my day-to-day life giving me a large amount of knowledge on the subject.

My content is going to revolve around me and my friend speaking online on recorded call,
we will be speaking around the topic of conspiracy theories the main of which being the
pyramids of Egypt and if there is enough time the recent footage released from the
pentagon in America. I have chosen this topic to speak on as I have watched several of
these videos myself and taken an interest and pre to watching that I have completed my
own research on the topic. My podcast will have no storyline or set narrative because that
is what makes podcasts so popular in todays age, the fact there is no script makes the
video a lot more relatable to the audience and brings in a larger fan base. Making a podcast
which contains no scripting means the podcasters may make an error or a mistake, but It
will be kept in because the audience prefer it.

Why would your project appeal to this person?
My audience revolves mainly around male and femalesover the age of twelve, I have
chosen this select audience as YouTube and Spotify demographic charts show the starting
ages of people who enjoy watching conspiracy channels and podcasts revolving around
conspiracies to be twelve. My reasoning for aiming my product at both genders is because I
want my show to be all inclusive and to welcome everyone because podcasts do not have
aimed genders, but the topics occasionally do whereasI will try and keep my podcast as
inclusive as possible to gain as big of a following as possible. The social status of my
target audience will be upper middle class as the streaming online will be free but to do so
they will need to own a device with access to the internet. My target psychographic for my
audience will be interests as I will aim for my podcast to be accessible for people who
share similar interests to one another making my shows fanbase friendly and
communicable.
