The purpose of the product will be to entertain the consumer.

My product is an advergame.
Content
What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If
so, discuss it here:
My product will be a 30 second advergame with the battle royale theme. My product will not have a
story as such, but I have planned the video. For example, the video will start with the character
landing at a house and finding a weapon so they can survive and defeat other players, the player
will then leave the house and get into a shootout with another player and lose. That is when the
video will end.
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
My audience are males and female gamers aged between 16-18 and 18-25.
Research and Planning:
What elements of your research and planning will you use in your final production?
In my final product I will use the bright colour scheme that I found common in Fortnite during my
research, I will also use the cartoon style it has used on its characters and environment.
Where will you use your research and planning in your final production?
I will use the colour schemes I found in my research on all of my final product, everything will be
brightly coloured, I will also design the characters quite cartoony.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include?
I will not include any offensive materials in my advergame. There will be a shootout between
players but I will not show any blood.
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it?
I will restrict anyone from under the age of 16 from seeing my advergame.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?
It will not offend any social groups/religions and ethnicities.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
I will make sure my material is not offensive by researching it to make sure.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs?
No, I am creating everything myself.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement?
Even though I am basing my product off of an existing IP, I will make my product significantly
different by making everything myself and just using the same idea.
