The SpongeBob F.U.N. song as younger audiences it is both nostalgic and upbeat to put people in
a good mood
Audience:
My audience is 16-19,as it is nostalgic and appealing due to its upbeat nature, I have chosen this
title as it will appeal to the audience due to the suggestively Jolly nature of the title potentially
making the product seem more appealing
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
My advert is in line with the ASA guidelines and does not contain offensive material
No need for age restrictions
There is no material that should offend any races, religions or ethnicities
I have ensured that no one is to be offended by the product as in the repetition of the Beat and tune
contains no offensive content
We are using the Coca-Cola brand but we are producing the ad for the company
The product is different from other ads and can not be sued for and copyright reasons
There is no clear or evident way that we may be sued for any copyright issues as we have only
used the Coca-Cola brand and made the adverts deliberately different from other existing ones
