2. Process
• I made a stick figure throw a
ball using a throwing cycle.
The character itself is very
basic, has no face but
demonstrates learning the
basics of animating in
Photoshop.
• If I had any extra time I
would've stuck a character
at the end of the
animation to catch the ball,
because I couldn't the ball
went into some sort of pond
for simplicity
3. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
The use of the movement could potentially be used in my final
piece, with the movement of the background and the throwing
cycle.
Another thing I will have to think about is the positioning of the
limbs, to give the impression that the character is moving.
4. Process
For this experiment I wanted
to try something with a Pac
Man sort of style. I moved
the character around the
environment and worked on
and thought about the
correct speed of movement
for the character to make
the final video look good.
5. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
The speeds of the movement in relation to the environment is
something which I quite like about this experiment and finding
an appropriate speed of movement for the final production is
something I will definitely have to think about
If I had more time for this and if it was my actual final production
I would've definitely liked to add something chasing the square
and maybe some more pickups for it.
6. Process
To make my sound track I
basically just slapped some
of the blocks into beepbox
and exported the sound file
7. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
I have learned what sounds work but more importantly what
sounds and combinations of blocks sound awful and should be
avoided.
