2. Front Cover Process
• I actually started this with
the Top 10 bit on the left, I
had that idea and stuck it on
a black background.
• Then I did the title, fairly
self explanatory, but I used
a similar font to lots of
other magazines (by
googling "what fonts are
used on magazines")
• The right article is about
how everyone cares so
much about Mourinho
throwing some water. Was
all over the news at the
time I produced this cover.

3. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
– I think the way I have done my title looks alright and the information "box" on
the left, with the player's heads above is something which I would like to try
feature in my final product.
– The stroke I gave the letters makes them stand out, I think I'll use that in my
final magazine because it helps emphasise the letters
– I would have covered the title with a part of the image, but having done that I
didn't think it looked too great so I removed it. This is something I wish to try
in my final production

4. Double Page Process
• Having chose the theme of
football, I thought the recent
champions league matches were a
fair enough topic to make the
article about. I used the BBC to get
the content of these articles
because I didn't want to have to
write paragraphs about games I
didn't watch and have limited
knowledge on. Credit for all the
words goes to the BBC.
• For the images I wanted to include
images from all the games,
fortunately all the teams play
twice so I have a fairly decent
selection of images to pick from.

5. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
– Not having all the images straight I think looks decent and could be something
I use in my final production
– I think I have a fairly decent ratio of text to images, but I think the text could
be spaced better and the images more in line, these are ideas I will take into
account in my final production
– I think having the text in white on a coloured background looks pretty decent
and I could use a similar technique in my final product
