Announcement (Pengumuman)
Announcement are messages of information submitted to the public. Announcements
goal is to deliver something that is known by the public (society).
A good announcement has to contain such as:
1. The target/ to whom
2. The announcer
3. Requirement
4. Event
5. Time and place

To: English Speaking Club
Please come on Saturday. We will have a special guest from United Kingdom. They
will be our native speaker tutor in our next meeting. And proper some questions for
them.

G. Instructional Procedure (Three-phase Technique)
1. Pre-activities(+ 10 minutes)
a. The teacher greets the students
b. The teacher asks the students to take a pray before opening the lesson

d. Brainstorming (remind the students about previous lesson)
e. The teacher tells the students about the topic which will be discussed.
2. Main-activities (+ 60 minutes).
a. The teacher gives the explanation about announcement.
b. The teacher gives some examples about the material to make it more clear.
c. The teacher asks the students to read loudly the example of announcement.
d. The teacher asks the students to answer the exercise and discuss it together.
