OBJECTIVE: Students will be able to talk and give correct
responses based on the purpose of the conversation.
ACTIVITY: 1. Teacher asks students randomly the examples of
responses when giving, accepting and declining invitation.
2. Teacher asks students to memorise.
3. Teacher gives examples of dialogues when two people giving,
accepting and declining an invitation.
4. Students practice talking using the examples.
5. Teacher asks students to choose the correct responses based on
the purpose of the conversation.

2. Teacher and students talk about the topic.
3. Teacher reads the text fluently and followed by the students.
4. Teacher checks students`reading
5. Teacher highlights unfamiliar words and asks students to use
the dictionary to find the meaning of the words.

4. Teacher asks students to work in pairs.
5. Teacher gives a dialogue to the students (incomplete
conversation to accept an invitation)
6. Teacher asks students to complete the conversation using the
suitable sentences.
7. Student A read the invitation part and Student B read the
accepting part.
