Hello,

My name is Simon Bozeat. I am an experienced learning and development,
change, communications, sales and executive coaching professional with over two
decades business experience in virtually every market. I have worked with a large
number of blue chips, SMEs, micro-businesses and individual entrepreneurs. These
include Babcock, Ford Motor Co, Rolls-Royce Aerospace, SAB Miller and Siemens.

I thrive in environments where there is a degree ambiguity about where the
organisation is going and how intends to get there. My talent is in creating the
necessary alignment and collaboration between people to achieve and pursue a
compelling series of goals. I can analyse a situation, design a solution and do what is
necessary to swiftly create commitment to a plan of action which invariably involves
the development of people. I am comfortable alternating work between the
strategic, tactical and behavioural levels.

•     There is a need to develop a new training and development department
and/or revitalise the existing function.

•     Senior management have recognised that there is significant untapped
potential within the workforce.

•      The training and development needs have been identified and there is a
requirement to source and implement creative blended learning solutions.

•      There is a significant change effort either about to start or has started but
stalled.

•        There is a need to define and implement a series of change projects which
will include scoping the project, enrolling and aligning stakeholders, detailed project
management, communication and closure.

•     There is a need for a substantial shift in the culture of the organisation and/or
a need to reinvigorate the internal and/or external communications
processes/content.

•       The management team, in its entirety or part, are looking to find ways to
inspire their people.

•      The sales team are looking for both inspiration and proven skills to increase
their performance.

•      The business is looking to improve their customer services by increasing the
effectiveness of their front-line people.
•      The organisation needs a ‘lift’ from inward negative thinking (reasons why we
can’t) to outward thinking and positive action.
