2. Does the final piece look as a
beginning of the movie?
ď‚™ In order to get a main feedback of our movie we
asked our audience made of 10 people if it looks like
a beginning of a movie and the answers were
positive.
ď‚™ The audience said that it looks more like a beginning
of a movie due to the fact that we added music and
it gets the into the action of the movie especially
because we used the pan at the beginning.
ď‚™ This shows that we met our task.
3. Was the beginning of the movie interesting
enough for you to continue watching it?
ď‚™ We were concerned in finding out if the beginning of the
movie was interesting enough for the audience to be
willing to continue watching it.
ď‚™ The answers were both positive and negative but 7 out of
10 said yes because they enjoy the mystery in the
movies rather than knowing everything from the
beginning. Due to the fact that the tastes in films are
different, 3 people in our audience said they wouldn’t
continue to watch because they are not interested in
these kind of topic of genre.
ď‚™ As an overall conclusion we are happy that we managed
to get the majority of audience to be intrigued about our
movie and be willing to continue watching it.
4. Do you think that we used the music
accordingly to the scene?
ď‚™ We added a melody with slow rhythm at the
beginning in order to connect the audience to the
character’s emotions.
ď‚™ The audience response to this question was
positive. They said that we used the music
properly for the first scene and it made them
think of something sad because of the slow pace.
5. Can you hear the dialogue
properly?
ď‚™ We asked the audience this question in order to know if
the sound is heard well when there’s the dialogue
between the characters. Especially when it’s the crime
scene and we wanted the sound to be as natural as
possible so we didn’t record it.
ď‚™ The opinions on this one where shared equally. 5 people
said that the fact that we kept Tobias’s voice natural when
is the crime scene was a good choice because it seems
more realistic and the other 5 said that we should have
recorded them so they could hear the voices louder.
6. How have we improved from
the rough edit?
ď‚™ At this question we got different opinions about the
final copy and I’ve analyzed them and got to three
overall ideas:
ď‚™ 1. good choice with the sound
ď‚™ 2. the flashback of the crime scene is more
continuous and brighter
ď‚™ 3. we changed the format of our titles according to
the genre
7. Where would you see this starting
clip? (What sites?)
ď‚™ We asked this question to get another
perspective of how popular could this movie be if
we publish it.
ď‚™ The answers were: YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo,
Daily Motion or VMIX
ď‚™ We were happy when we got these answers
because it meant that the audience might actually
look at it if it would have been on one of these
websites.
8. Did the final copy meet your
expectations?
ď‚™ The audience answered positive at this
question as we managed to match the action
in the movie with the genre we chose and
also, the improvements we made from the
rough copy.
