The For the most of our

movie counts a lot.
Most of them chose
from a scale from 1
to 10 the 9 so that
means that they
actually care about
how a movie starts.
7. Question: Which of the below would you
want to see in the beginning of the film?
11
9
Frequency
One of the characters doing something to
get you in the action of the film
The view, the city or the room in which the
action happens
Choice
The difference between the
choices is little. Only 2 people
difference so we could say that
our audience wants definitely to
see one of the characters doing
something to get them in the
action but also, the want to see
the surroundings of the place
so we should have some
mixture between them.
8. Question: What do you expect from a
Murder Mystery movie?

Frequency
Suspense Murder Interesting story line
Choic
We asked our audience what
they expect to see in our
movie so we would know
exactly what to present to
them. Again, the difference
between them is small so we
think that we could express
the suspense, have the
murder happening and also,
the interesting story line to
make the movie more
attractive
9. Question: There are 2 types of stories in
mystery and crime movies. Which one would
you prefer?
3
17
Frequency
When you knowthe killer and you see what he done
When the killer is unknown and nobody knows who he
is
Choic
The audience wants total
mystery. From the two types
of the murder mystery movie’s
stories, they like the closed
one, where the killer in
unknown and you find out who
it is at the end of the movie,
or, you don’t. if the series
continues. We definitely have
to keep the killer’s identity
unknown in our movie. The
audience doesn’t want to see
him.
10. Question: What’s the best Murder Mystery
movie or series you’ve seen?

Frequency
Midsomer murders
Sherlock Holmes
Inception
Choice of movie
The majority of our audience
likes Sherlock Holmes series as
the best murder mystery series
– in this case. The series are
about a private detective that’s
called by the police whenever
they can’t find the murder. He
uses science to do that. And it’s
followed by the Midsomer
murders which is also about
how a detective solves crimes
that are happening in a small
town called Midsomer. So it
looks like the audience likes to
see someone in charge of the
crimes.
11. What did you like about it?

Interesting story line
Lots of mystery
Many crimes and the killer is
unknown
The reason why?
So our audience likes to
see crimes and feel the
mystery from a movie.
This question also shows
that. They also like the
killer to be unknown and
the storyline to be
interesting for them to feel
the adrenaline and the
dynamics there. For this,
the sound has to catch the
people in the action as
well by giving them the
feeling of suspense and
make them not only watch
the moment, but live it.
12. Question: What’s the worse Murder Mystery

Meeting Evil Blair Witch others
Choice of the movie
There were 2 main ‘worse
murder mystery movie ever seen’
and those were Meeting Evil and
Blair Witch.
In the first one there is a man
who’s killing some people and he
got friends with one of the police
officers that’s dealing with the
case. It’s too long and the action
is happening too slow. We
mustn't have that in our movie. In
the second one, there is one girl
who went to the woods for 2 days
to see if there’s the witch called
Blair there and what’s happening.
13. What didn’t you like about
it?
9
11
Frequency
Not making
sense
No conclusion
The reason
These two reasons are kind of
linked because if the movie is
not making sense it won’t have
a conclusion also. We have to
be careful that our movie would
make sense and bring the best
we can to put in on the screen.
They want to see something
interesting and something that
would take their breath. I think
that each movie has to have a
conclusion and something to
remain with after seeing it. It
should teach you something for
it to be worth watching.
