1Formstudent groups to promotecreativity and
support in theirresearch
Students groups for job
• For their last year in university, studentswillbe put into groups of 5 people
• The targetis to transform an individualprocess to get a job into a team process more
successfull
• Theywill have a place to meetatany time dedicated
• A teacherwillfollow 3 to 4 groups
• Ruleswillbegiven to all
– At least on meeting of team
– Report to the teacher
– Imagine and write the process
– Identify best process in the team
– Identifydifficulties for people thatmightneedadditional help
• At the beginning of the year, university propose team building sessions, and put tools to
help people in a @site (how to do a resumee, how to prepare a meeting…)
• According to teacher’s report, conferences are organized on varioustopics to help and
support (once a month)
• Number of enterprise’sappointments, proposals and signature are followed by the
university
• Dedicated coach for people in trouble
• Worked
