Float and Slack
Float and Slack mean the same thing
Float comes in two forms:
Free Float - Time that an activity can be delayed
before any of the activities that are dependent on it
are delayed.
Total Float (or Plain old Float) - Time that an
activity can be delayed before the project completion
is delayed.
