Have a go and see what your score is 

How resilient are you..?
15 minutes = Plenty of time for
a brew, chat, drink of water,
toilet visit 
BREAK TIME
 Have a glance through the hand-out, all about
emotionally resilient people
 For each of the point (10), write an opposite – this
will help you to understand what resilience is not
We will share some ideas
Identify what personal resilience
is not
 Resilience is not about trying to carry on regardless of how
we feel, and it's not about being superhuman! Instead, it's
about understanding why we feel the way we do, and
developing strategies to help us deal with situations more
effectively.
quiz.htm
What personal resilience is not
Now you have explored some more ideas about resilience;
 Complete page 15 and the top of page 16 in the
workbook – If you completed the homework task
(AC 1.1) then include your notes, DO NOT write it
out again
 All answers you provide, need to be your own thoughts
and ideas
