Have you ever heard of
meditation? Do you know
what meditation is?
Yes, I have heard something about
meditation and I knew that it was a
way of relaxing your mind and that
was something very good for health
Have you ever tried?
Yes, in some classes we
have done meditation and I
think it is very useful.
What is it used for?
Meditation is used for
relaxing your body and for
being more concentrated.

Can you try again
tomorrow?
While I was hearing and
following the steps of
the audio, I felt more
and more relaxed and
when I finished it, I felt
lighter
I felt as like I was in a
big flat with a blue sky
and lot of grass and
peace
Was it difficult? What
was the most difficult
part? What was the
easiest part?
I think that the most
difficult part was not
thinking on nothing and
the easiest was to leave all
my body relaxed and to
leave all the tensions
I think that it has been a
really interesting activity
and that, of course I
would do it again
tomorrow
Can you think of any
of the benefits of the
body scan?
I think that the most rellevant
benefit is the concentration and the
relax feeling that the meditation
gives to you and I think that if you
done it often it would cause a big
improvement in your concentration
skills
