The document describes a Speed Camera Lottery program implemented in Sweden to encourage drivers to obey speed limits. The lottery works by recording the speeds of passing vehicles and entering drivers who obey the speed limit into a lottery to win money from fines collected from speeders. It aims to make following traffic laws fun and incentivize safe driving through potential cash prizes.

displayed to the drivers

SpeedCam Lottery, drivers
were receiving new
motivations from potential

anticipation
(Unpredictability &
Curiosity), encouraging
reinforcement (Development

public pressure (Social
Pressure & Envy).
