• Not too different from the feeling of love

• Are you a Leader?
• Do you self-declare? Do you get appointed?
• People can lead in certain groups and follow in others
• Why do you want to lead?
• Do you like the power?
• Do you want to change something?
• DO YOU really want to lead at all?
Kind Leader vs Nasty Leader
• Are you a kind Leader or a nasty one?
• Some people work well with certain types of Leaders
• Kind, harsh, or some other way? Which type?
• Would we follow a kind Leader or a nasty one?
Interpretation / Performing
• Leadership CAN be perfected
• Full performing – Adjusting to the audiences in politics, in business etc.
• Part performing – Fine tuning some messages for greater impact
• No performing – Genuine, authentic, raw
• Is it ethical to perform/act?
• Are you against preparation and rehearsal for a greater impact and a better outcome?

My take on Leadership • Leadership needs to be understood • Cook your food, taste it, serve it • Decipher sales by deciphering purchases (switching the table) • Leadership needs to be felt • All senses are required • Naked Leadership, bare and pristine • Not too different from the feeling of love
  • 4. Are you a Certified Leader • Are you a Leader? • Do you self-declare? Do you get appointed? • People can lead in certain groups and follow in others • Why do you want to lead? • Do you like the power? • Do you want to change something? • DO YOU really want to lead at all?
  • 5. Kind Leader vs Nasty Leader • Are you a kind Leader or a nasty one? • Some people work well with certain types of Leaders • Kind, harsh, or some other way? Which type? • Would we follow a kind Leader or a nasty one?

Interpretation / Performing • Leadership CAN be perfected • Full performing – Adjusting to the audiences in politics, in business etc. • Part performing – Fine tuning some messages for greater impact • No performing – Genuine, authentic, raw • Is it ethical to perform/act? • Are you against preparation and rehearsal for a greater impact and a better outcome?
