• hello friends now im going to discuss about leadership,well w ill discuss something in a new way. 
• these are the things that im gonna present . 
• first whats leadership----- 
• 1.leadership is an art of leading others deliberately towards success.remember 
• that its a deliberate act 
• 2.in other words leader is the one who uses social influence to maximise the efforts of his 
• team to achieve success.its the social influence that leaders uses rather than position or power. 
• now i guess you are clear about leadership,now who are managers.any one... 
• well one line answer for that is leaders are the people who do right things and managers are the people who do things right.leaders 
• can be effective manager but a manager cant be a good leader. 
• then comes in your mind...why leadership 
• 1.generally most of the people think that leadership is just a role in class or a team who has to look after 
• everything and its a role of headache.but the truth is that isnt just a role or positin its the quality that everyone must have. 
• 2.there isnt any rule that you will be leader only if titled with it,everyone is a leader himself and you should 
• lead your mind towards success,and even could lead the leader.you learn many stratagies and many more things while you lead,and those 
• things will also help you in your personal life. 
• 3.if companies are asked to select any one character of desired employee,they would chose leadeeship, 
• in interviews this quality surely makes you to stand out of the crowd. 
• 4.its a proverb that lack of leadership is as damaging as bad leadership. 
• speaking precisingly there are the a lot of things that leader should have in his attitude,however we will 
• disscuss some things that are important and havent been disussed. 
• they are 
• generally its being thought that leaders enojoy their privilised comforts by controlling every one...but this 
• is what it really looks like. 
• positive thinking has a great importance in leaders attitude,there will be many problems in ones jounrney 
• of leadership.positive thinking helps alot in getting out of such things. 
• the thing that you should know here is that..postive thinking increases the rate of success,for example if 
• if a man who has negitive thinking is thrown into a river of 5 feet,feeling tensed he surely may drown,but a man of postivie thinking 
• ,thinking positively ,hw will not get panic and can find the way to espace effectively even in 7ft. 
• there is also a new terminology called counter negitive thinking or defensive pessimism. in which negitive 
• thinking helps..its up to u to choose ur way depending on situation,but in most positive attitude helps. 
• so...motivating is also one of the important aspect,motivatiting your followers is really essential sometimes 
• and as a leader its his duty to motivate his mates. 
• self motivation is also a required,to motivate yourself and your team. 
• well ,if you are angry on any one...you should do consrtuctive critism,well its nothing but..scolding someone in a 
• positive way to get things done. 
• a leader should have a perfect grip of knoledge over his field.its like msd having good team coordination, 
• ,good support to team,accepting his part in failures but doesnt know cricket.thus it plays a major role.if leadership has 2 pillars one is 
• is knoledge domain.so its waste of having a tower of one pillar.

• Persuading : induce (someone) to do something through reasoning or 
argument. 
• A leader’s primary quality is motivation , motivation now a days is 
required to a great extent. 
• Self motivation is even important.
3.CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM 
• Constructive critisism is the process of offering a well-reasoned opinions 
about the work of others,ussually involving in both positive and negitive 
comments. 
• A good leader is a good listener.
